Information Management System for Project Management
Contents In the laboratory, they study on a framework for supporting project management in design and production activities in manufacturing. Focusing particularly on project activities, deliverables of the respective activities, and the relationship between the activities and the deliverables, they have proposed an information model that represents them as activity information and product information as well as easily describes the interrelation between the information. Utilizing this descriptive model, they have established a prototype dynamic management environment capable of recognizing activity information required to be modified in case of any change in product information and supporting an appropriate modification.
